FAQ
You are sold out on a size I wanted to order. How soon will you restock?
If we are sold out on a particular item you were looking to purchase, please contact us and we will be able to give you an idea of how soon we can get it for you! Because a big part of our collection uses deadstock fabric, we may not be able to produce the item you want in the same exact print or fabric.
Why would I buy from you as opposed to a chain store or department store?
All our dresses and tops are skillfully handmade by local artisans who take pride in their work. When you shop small, you are helping us bring our dream and vision to life and your support is what will keep us going!
Why can't I return an item that I don't like?
We strive to make the best tops and dresses that we know how. When we say handmade, we mean every tassel is meticulously hand made and every item has been carefully sewn and inspected. We only make a handful at a time and unfortunately that does not allow us to accept any returns at the moment. We do encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have regarding measurements and fit to ensure you are ordering what you need!
How should I wash my CocoBailey dress or top?
Hand wash and hang drying will always make any garment last longer. If you do have to machine wash, we do suggest washing it with like colors in cold water and do a quick dry or tumble dry low. Because most of our collection is made from deadstock fabric, we may not know exact content therefore we cannot provide precise care instructions.
What is deadstock fabric?
Deadstock fabric is actually surplus fabric that was previously over produced by textile mills that are no longer being used by garment factories. This is the reason fabrics and prints are limited because it will no longer be reproduced. So once a print is in our collection and sells out, we may never be able to get the same print again! This makes each style extra unique!
Are the straps and tassels dangerous for a child?
The straps and tassels are long enough for you to customize the way you want to tie it. Because they are made in a longer length, we do recommend you to use with caution as it can pose a choking hazard.
